Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization

- Perform basic clerical tasks (data entry, filing, photocopying)

Qualifications
