- Handle vendor relationships for office services (IT, cleaning, catering) and invoice processing
- Support onboarding processes including new hire setup and equipment provisioning
- Maintain accurate office records and assist with basic HR documentation
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Act as primary point of contact for building management and service providers
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of administrative support or office coordination experience
