- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office leadership.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area is kept tidy and professional.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
