Your Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage and organize both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting logistics.
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos and reports.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and request replenishments.
- Support the sales and operations teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of data entry software and databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
