- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Mail and Messaging: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes promptly.
- Scheduling: Assist in coordinating meetings and managing calendars for the office team.
- Customer Service: Address visitor inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous front desk or administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for this entry-level position.
