Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems for company records and documents.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks into company databases and CRM systems to update client and employee information.
- Meeting Support: Assist in preparing agendas, taking minutes, and setting up conference rooms for internal and client meetings.
- Office Operations: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with general office upkeep.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and answering general inquiries.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
