Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and manage the executive's daily agenda.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our CRM and internal databases.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in an administrative role is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
