Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general accounting support tasks.
- Perform light data entry and maintain inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
