Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the Ohio and Phoenix teams to ensure consistent communication and workflow efficiency.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (for hybrid roles).
