Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.

- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos and client correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and general office documents.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoice tracking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office setting.
- No prior administrative experience required for this entry-level role.
