- Perform general data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the correct location.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents such as reports, letters, and emails.
- Assist with basic inventory management and supply orders.
- Support the senior management team with various administrative projects.
Qualifications
