Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Coordinate complex calendars, book meeting rooms, and manage travel arrangements for senior management with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Client Relations: Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming reception area and providing exceptional customer service.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, updating databases and performing regular data entry tasks.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and logistics of corporate events, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supply inventory, process orders, and handle general administrative errands as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship or relevant coursework is a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
