Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to keep the workspace operational.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
