Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous demeanor, providing accurate information to clients and team members.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and internal software systems.
- Maintain and update accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to company records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for department heads.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning to support the wider team.

Qualifications
