Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for the executive team.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Communication Support: Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, providing professional communication support to clients and staff.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Maintain the front desk area, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and order office supplies as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of company events, team building activities, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential and a strong work ethic.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
