Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones, routing calls, and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and internal memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Assist with general office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
