What You Will Do:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute internal communications, including newsletters and memos.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in organizing team events, workshops, and office refreshes to boost morale.

- Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, and handling mail.
Qualifications
