Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data into company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for senior staff.
- Reconcile invoices and process expense reports with strict adherence to company policies.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing mail.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects as needed to improve overall workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or a similar role is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
