Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for meetings
- Process incoming/outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist in travel arrangements, expense reports, and procurement of office supplies
- Support event planning and logistics for company functions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Provide cross-departmental administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
