Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the correct department or individual.
- Manage and organize the company filing system, both digital and physical.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
- Support the sales and operations team with general office duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
