- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for accurate record keeping.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring 100% accuracy and data integrity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, answering and directing inquiries professionally.
- Support the management team with general office operations and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
