Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and employee data into various database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure documents are easily retrievable.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, invoices, and reports.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for executive staff.
- Perform routine clerical tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and screening visitors.
- Review data for discrepancies or errors and rectify them promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
