Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain client data in CRM systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous tracking
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain executive calendars
- Perform daily data reconciliation and generate weekly activity reports
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and file management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines
- Proven attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Experience with scheduling software and calendar management systems
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak periods
