Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data into company databases and spreadsheets with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in data reports, ensuring the integrity of our records.
- Review and file physical documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for future reference.
- Assist in the digitization of legacy paper records into digital formats.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or certificate in Data Processing preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
