Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information, inventory data, and financial records into our database systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data for discrepancies and correct errors immediately.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Generate regular reports and summaries based on entered data for management review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including answering phones and routing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or clerical work (1+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
