Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data into our proprietary management systems with 99.9% accuracy.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in incoming data reports.
- Organize physical and digital filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Assist in auditing inventory records and cross-referencing invoices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or office support.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
