- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and 99% accuracy.
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing inquiries.
- Answer and screen incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare basic reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry and front desk reception.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
