Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information, sales data, and inventory details into our secure database systems.
- Perform regular data verification and proofreading to ensure 100% accuracy and data integrity.
- Sort, organize, and file both physical and digital documents to maintain an efficient office workflow.
- Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar for senior management.
- Handle incoming mail, emails, and packages with professionalism and distribute them promptly.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business or administration is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
