- Generate and distribute regular reports based on collected data to management.
- Assist in the digitization of legacy documents to improve our digital infrastructure.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to type with high accuracy and speed (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware for remote/hybrid flexibility.
