Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our internal database systems with 100% accuracy.
- Verify data for discrepancies and identify, investigate, and resolve errors.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports, invoices, and other documents as required.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly data summaries.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Strong typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
