Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our database systems with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies identified during the review process.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient record retrieval.
- Generate regular reports and summary documents to assist management in decision-making.
- Assist in auditing inventory and stock records to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the wider team to streamline data entry workflows and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.
