- Verify information against source documents to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process invoices, contracts, and other critical business documents
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for department heads
- Collaborate with accounting and sales teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Participate in quarterly data quality audits and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
