Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential data in CRM and ERP systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution
- Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Perform quality checks on data entry outputs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong knowledge of data confidentiality protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environments
- Associate degree or relevant certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
