Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report preparation
- Assist with onboarding processes including badge preparation and equipment setup
- Maintain reception area appearance and ensure supplies are stocked
- Support HR initiatives including new hire paperwork processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in administrative or reception role
