Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks into our CRM and spreadsheet systems.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Update and maintain employee and client records with high attention to detail.
- Handle front desk duties including managing the lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
