Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, cutting-edge AI models for autonomous decision-making and predictive analytics.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy, and bias mitigation protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into legacy and new software ecosystems.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies to keep FutureScale Solutions ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
