Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and neural networks
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in data science and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or related field preferred
