- Monitor emerging ethical legislation and update compliance protocols
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with Fortune 500 clients
- Author position papers on AI ethics for industry conferences and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Proven experience designing ethical review processes for AI products
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
