Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and decision-making algorithms
- Lead cross-functional working groups comprising engineers, legal experts, and ethicists
- Author governance documentation and compliance protocols for AI lifecycle management
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and regulatory discussions
- Design training programs to embed ethical considerations into AI development workflows
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics
- Proven track record of developing organizational ethics frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills for algorithmic bias detection and mitigation
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDE, CIPM) preferred
