Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and team members.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing messages appropriately.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems, including payroll data and confidential records.
- Office Operations: Order and maintain office supplies, manage the reception area, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
