Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls using calendar management software.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems for the department.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for visiting staff.
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Process invoices and assist with general office supplies management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be reliable and available for consistent weekly work.
