- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Weekly Processing: Assist with the preparation and distribution of weekly payroll documentation and expense reports.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, manage incoming mail, and greet visitors to ensure a professional environment.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate team meetings, client events, and corporate functions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
