Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls using digital calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails and memos.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers with efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with general office duties, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Answer phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations for weekly management meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
