Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, emails, and memos.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and employee onboarding activities.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy office.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
