Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings with precision.</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate parties.</li><li>Assist with data entry, record management, and filing systems to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.</li><li>Order and maintain office supplies and manage inventory.</li><li>Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and special events.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in daily operations.</li></ul>
