Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Manage and prioritize daily calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.</li><li>Draft, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, routing calls and visitors appropriately.</li><li>Assist with data entry and the preparation of weekly departmental reports.</li><li>Order and maintain office supplies to ensure a well-stocked workspace.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or certification in Business Administration is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Experience with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.</li></ul>
