Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients and staff.
- Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and conference room bookings.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries appropriately and drafting professional correspondence.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and internal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, updating databases and filing systems regularly.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle incoming invoices, process payments, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
