Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in CRM and database systems
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Process incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and route appropriately
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence
- Assist with onboarding new team members and training programs
- Support inventory management and office supply procurement

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
