Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk reception area with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with accuracy and promptness.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate weekend schedules and support special events as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle vendor and client communications ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Front Desk Receptionist.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
