Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and internal mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and general office errands.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace for all staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide high-level administrative support to department heads.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
